I want to send all my best wishes to Peter and Elaine, they had an unfortunate event happen last night but are ALL ok--having a fire is one of the scariest events that could ever happen to anyone and no one understands why it happens but as long as no one gets hurt the stuff can always be replaced. I hope they can get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible and put this behind them.
My diet is going great, energy levels are awesome and my body is responding right on target. I haven't had any weird cravings or cheats. Darrin is soo supportive-he even felt bad on St. Paddy's day when he celebrated and had an awesome dinner and drank some wine that one his clients had brought him

(i don't think he felt tooo bad though, he was very happy when he tasted the spaghetti carbonara-AND ATE IT ALL, lol- thanks to Nigel who hand delivered it from Toronto)

Darrin finally received copies of the international version of inside fitness and its great :) This magazine will be distributed to over 125 different countries. It's a little bigger than the Canadian version with more ads and few more articles, I was so excited to see it and it looks great!

where can we find this magazine? I'm from Australia.
The magazine can be found in most health food and supplement stores...try your local GNC, they may carry it..it not, send me an address and i'll mail you a copy:)
