It's finally the weekend and now time to relax. Our website is up and it looks great--I hope everyone will visit and let us know what they think. My diet and training are right on track--although my brain was a little fuzzy toward the middle of the week after a good nights sleep I felt much better :) I'm down another couple pounds and another % in bodyfat...yepi!!!! The online registration is up for the Nationals so with the new class this year, medium tall, I had Darrin measure me before I filled out the form and I nearly fell over...i always thought I was 5'4 but it turns out I'm 5'5 and a bit...I had never measured myself, I just went by what my license had said...I still can't get over it..lol, Anyway, I'm registered in the new class --medium tall.
Darrin has been busy writing, cooking and taking pictures for the next issue of inside fitness. Saturday he had a the opportunity to take a very nice car out for a spin....to see the car log onto www.emergephoto.blogspot.com .
Anyway--I must go and poke my nose into the kitchen to see what Darrin is cooking and what I can't eat!! At least my nose will be happy.

I can totally relate to you on this one, thats the biggest thing on mind preparing for this show-size and leaness. I'm just going to go in the best I can and hopefully qualify to do the North Americans in September--its my first National show so if I do well...great, if not....I'll know what I have to work on (or at least what they are look'n for). Last year the judges liked the bigger girls--but who knows what will happen this year. I think the show is going to be the biggest yet....I'm getting soo excited but nervous :)
