OFFICIALLY I AM 12 WEEKS OUT FROM THE CANADIAN NATIONALS!!My diet and training are going great, however some grumpiness and lack of patience have emerged, it NEVER fails...whenever I am dieting certain unnecessary stresses come into play. But I'll deal with that when the time comes-right now, the most important person is me (and Darrin too)--time to focus and come in the best condition yet for the Nationals. There will always be roadbumps in life and as long as you think and remember what's important in life nothing else matters.
Jeff and Jody should be on a plane to Jamaica right now, we hope they have a great time, just like we did :) ! I can't believe its already been over a month since we've been back. Can't wait to hear all about their holiday--that is..if Jeff remembers anything...
We are having an overwhelming response to our website--traffic and hits per day are outstanding, thank you to everyone who has visited and sent emails!!
Earlier this week I received an email from Karen (khp designs) and it had some pics of my competition suits in progress--oh my goodness!!! they are looking sooooo good. I can ALWAYS count on her to make me "shine".

Thanks for the awesome support everyone!! I tell myself not too think about the actions of certain people and not to let it get to me...but just when I think I'm doing well, BOOM--my brain keeps me awake all night! Everything is fine, I had a good cheat last night but still couldn't sleep. Whenever I need a lift I know the people that support me are right there and Darrin is will always be there with his arms wide open to give me a hug. Thanks again everyone :)
