Wow, what a busy week!! The highlight of the week was attending the OPA's first show of the year in Stratford yesterday! It was a great show as always promoted by Jamor Entertainment!! The Star of the night was Kelly who won both of her classes and looked truly stunning on stage:) Congrats again Kelly!!

I was at the Allmax booth in between helping Kelly and it was great!! We had a great turnout and response at the booth both Robin and Kevin from Allmax are great guys and made the day fun!! I signed and gave out some of my pics which was cool, lol. Paul Dillett was the guest performer who will be making his comeback this year, he looked good for being away for 4 years!! I got a lot of pics which I'll post permanently on my website but I'll also post some here as well.

I couldn't believe how many "pros" were in attendance, but who could resist a Jamor production!! I got to meet and talk to IFBB PRO Jane Awad (figure) and Christine Roth (bodybuilding) both of whom were AWESOME, very friendly and such nice girls. It was an honor to meet both of them. Other names that were there included: Paul Dillett, Scott Milne,
Mike Asiedu, Henderson Thorne, Nina Lutchka, Mindi O'Brien, Stephanie Worsfold, Laura Binetti.... just to name a few! There were more but I'm horrible with names and besides everyone looks so different with clothes on, lol.
It was great catching up with so many people i haven't seen since last year and just hanging out with friends. Jackie was there to cheer on her friend Steve (you'll have to post in the comments how he did, Jake), Suzie (whom i competed with at the Ontario's) was there helping Jim and Norm--what a great gal, Brenny lee and Christine -both whom are gett'n ready for the Mississauga show are look'n buff, Doug Schneider, Rick Oliver, Francis Manias, James & Lori(empire), Steve (upper 49th), Kaleem (K-Max), Steve (New Visions), Jim & Norm, Mark Wingston and everyone who stopped by the booth--all made the day fun, it was great to see everyone!! But most of all the true stars of the day were Darrin, Kelly and Doug!!
My diet and training have still been a bit off this week but things are still mov'n in the right direction slowly but surely. I went to see Charlie (Pulse Studio) on Friday to have my hair coloured and as always, he did an fantastic job! We were talking about how i want it done for my upcoming show, its coming so fast!! On Tuesday I'm going to see Karen (KHP) to look at my suits and get her to do some other things for us, I'm so excited to see my suits:)
The countdown is on and July 1st is approaching quickly!! I hope everyone has a great week!

The show was awesome and Kelly was definately the star. My friend is Steve Edwards who won 1st in the Juniors and 2nd in the Men's heavyweight. Pretty good for such a young guy (about 21 I think) I'm sure there will be lots of pics of him as well as Kelly on the websites. See everyone in May for the Mississauga show.

It was awesome to finally meet you and talk with you in person :) Just seeing you and darrin and all you have done for kelly gave me the motivation i need to continue on with this journey of mine - thanks :)

Hey everyone, It was a great show!! This show always is really well promoted! Its the first one for the OPA (Ontario Physique Association), this is the association which I competed exclusively for 2 years--it is sanctioned by the CBBF (just a little info for anyone who's not familiar)!! Thanks everyone for the good luck wishes:)

Yes! We will definately be there..Kelly is competing in that show as well. I also have a couple other friends hitt'n the stage. Allmax will be there, so I'll be bopp'n around :)

Sounds like an awesome day Lori-Ann... I would love to go to watch one of the shows over there.
I got butterflies for you when reading about all the little bits and pieces you have to do to get ready for your next show... they certainly come up on you fast don't they???
