CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM EMERGE MEMBER KELLY KUUS!
Kelly has emerged the OPA Level 2, South Central Figure Masters Champion!!! She also competed in a VERY tough figure medium open class and emerged 3rd place!! Kelly you truly were shining star on stage and again your stage presence could not be matched! Kelly had a tremendous amount of fans and support in the audience yesterday and everyone could not take their eyes off her when she came out!! Congratulations Kelly:)

way to go girl...not only is this lady fit and a true champion she made my first stage experience calming and fun....she was there for me when i needed my suit adjusted or oil on my bod!!! happy i got to meet her and share the laughs throughout the day....nothing but good things to come for this wonderful lady! AWESOME work and keep it up.... count me in as one of your fans now!
Congratualtions Kelly you looked amazing on stage. Your posing is awesome and you have a very calm, professional appearance. Very tough catagory as there were so many contestants. Good job in your placing.

wow, what a day. It was long and hot, but very rewarding in many ways. I am very grateful to have continued success at this show, thanks to many people who have helped along the way. It was great to have Doug yelling from the crowd and having Megan there was also very special.
Darrin and Lori-Ann were once again a huge part of my success. Thanks for always beleiving in me.
The support that I have received from"Team Emerge" has been second to none.
The day was also rewarding because I met alot of wonderful people, both competitors and industry professionals that made the experience very fun and positive.
It was great to see some of the gals that were at Stratford and also to meet some of the new competitors. (Christine, you are a lovely individual with a happening smile) It was also great to see Karen from KHP who was a huge help to alot of gals in the changeroom.
I am glad to have shared the day with many "old" and "new" friends.

Okay....well sure, it's all true about Kel...she works hard, eats right, she has tremendous support from Darrin and LA (you two are AWSOME!), but lets not kid ourselves...its the tannining application that has got her this far! I know that you all want to say it publically, but you don't want to burst her bubble...where do you think that "amazing" stage presence comes from? Yes, that's right the tanning applicator! I will do a workshop if you all would like...anyone?...anyone at all?...okay, well maybe its not just the tan. Now I've got this brown stuff all over the computer keys...I'm dead...and I still can't get it off my hands...oh, she's gonna kill me...Way to go , Hun!
lol.....you're too funny Doug!!! Her colour looked FABULOUS!!! Great job!! It takes a great artist to paint and you had an great canvas to work with--You both are an amazing team!! It was great to meet Meghan at the show:)
Our Kitchen is usually covered in tan after Darrin finishes me:)

Another tip for Doug and Darrin - use gloves, they actually help. Then you can just leave your hand print where ever you choose! Don't tell anyone I said that though! LOl
