WE LOVE YOU!! Today we went down my sister's place to celebrate Mother's day by having a late lunch with the "moms". Darrin BBQ'd & it was simply delicious as always!! It was nice to spend the afternoon with our families and honour the amazing women whom we love so very much:)

My mom and sister also got a chance to surprise Darrin..since his birthday is this coming Thursday they decided to get him a cake and celebrate his birthday while the family(s) were all together..he was VERY surprised!! He didn't see it coming...:) Darrin isn't a big b-day person so we usually don't celebrate his big day but today he was trapped. lol
My body is really responding well to the new diet stats this week and my training has been good. Recovery is a little slower but i'm still lifting heavy and have a lot of energy in the gym. Tomorrow is leg day which is good because I have to work off the cheat meal from today. I couldn't resist the desserts, whenever my father in law is around there is sure to be lots and lots of chocolate....and this birthday cake (and chocolate covered cheesecakes) didn't stand a chance..lol
The last part of the week was very busy and i think my brain is having an info overload..lol. Anyway, tomorrow is the beginning of a new week with new adventures to tackle.

Hey girl...it is great to see that you have close knit family:) OMG that cake would be my downfall...choc covered cheescake..what a wicked combo!! No wonder you could not resist LOL.Enjoy that leg workout-I am sure it will be brutal.BTW you are looking great,leaning out nicely.Can't wait to see you on the day!!!
