Wow..is it ever hot!!
The weather here has changed dramatically for the past few days..thank goodness for airconditioning:) My body is still changing and training is going really well. With 4.5 weeks to go--time is flying by and i'm gett'n a little scared i won't be ready...but most competitors go through this. My cheat meals have been cut down now and in a couple weeks they'll disappear until after the show. I can't believe how much chicken Darrin has bbq'd this season for us. After the show...i don't want to see another chicken breast for at least a of couple weeks. 
I saw Brennylee today and i must say..this girl is great!! She is soo kind hearted and a great friend!! She is an amazing gal :) Thanks for everything Brenny and it was nice to see ya!!
This weekend is the start of posing practices for me--time to stretch and try to loosen my hips. Presentation is a huge part of competing and i want to make sure i have confidence in my posing for this show.
I'm keeping this post short...i have to go and have a meal right now,

LOL girl...I could not eat tuna for about 3 years after my first com.If I saw can of tuna my stomach would turn and colour of my face went from rosy to green :( Bugger why can't we get ripped by eating pasta and pizza..

I love that pic..Darrin had taken it on Mother's day!! My mom is very proud of both her babies..The 3 of us are very close and we love each other dearly.
