On Tuesday I went to see Karen from KHP designs to check out my competition suits in progress and all I can say is.." oh my goodness"...these suits are absolutely gorgeous!! The judges won't be able to miss me on stage, they are gonna need sunglasses because the sparkle off these suits is unreal, lol...I can't wait to unveil them at the Nationals. Karen is an amazing woman with an incredible talent. she's a good friend and will go above and beyond to make all the girls look incredible on stage!!

My diet and training have been awesome this week. I've been starting to get a lot of comments and stares regarding my physique again--I must be changing..and my "chubby" clothes are beginning to become loose on me and my "lean" clothes are coming out of winter storage-Yepi!! I'm starting to see the changes I've made during my off season--very encouraging.

I've been chatting with a lot of amazing people and developing new friendships, thank you everyone for your incredible support and Kim for look'n out for deals on flights, Kim made a huge impact in the Ontario and Canadian Figure world last year and will be a fellow Ontario athlete at the Nationals this year. She is a great gal and is going to do very well in July!! Can't wait to see the Ontario team at the Nationals.

I'm going to start doing journal updates twice a week due to the incredible number hits we've been receiving on our website and message board--next entry, Wednesday.

I can't believe how fast the time is flying by!
I love taking pics, I carry my camera in my purse--'cause you just never know when a photo op will pop up! lol.
I think my nerves are more like jello right now :)

I want to update my camera so i can take it with me everywhere i go, i always miss such wonderfull pics when i don't have it!!!

That was my christmas present from Darrin "a new camera" and its awesome..its soo tiny!! Growing up my family was always camera happy!!lol...so i come by it honestly:)Now with the website and blog I have lots of reasons to keep on snapping away!

I agree with Em! Your posts are wonderful, I just love the photos that you post. I would love to meet you one day in person but I almost feel I know you(and Darren) already.

I haven't booked yet..I'm really hoping to fly out of Hamilton so I can miss the TO traffic...the Ham. airport is only 15 minutes from home. I really should book soon, I don't want to leave too late. Have you booked yet? Hotel or flight?

I booked my flight - $470 return (pretty good - I think!).
Still need to do the hotel thing. Time is certainly flying by.... See in a couple of weeks.

lol....those tops are his WHOLE wardrobe...lol...He does look pretty amazing in them, definately pulls them off (or I should say he has to peal them off)lol...!! You're too funny!! Anyway, Under Armour, Reebok, Puma, Addidas, Nike..all the companies are begining to make the performance clothing.

Well I have seen girs wiggle and struggle to get out of the tight outfits..but boys? That could be an eye candy LOL.I just though that that top might be a particular make...I have not seen much exciting around here..I have nothing against black and grey and navy blue..you get the picture..It has been challenging getting some cool,classy and funky stuff. I used to buy stuff from Brazilian chick when I lived in South Africa..now we talking,stuff from there is wild and sexy!!!
