Its Thursday and I decided instead of getting chubby I would get back on track with my healthy eating and go for a quick workout. I'm feeling great today--water retention is almost gone but my poor skin is another story...lol..I have VERY dry skin and it soaks in the protan like crazy--needless to say i won't be wearing any tank tops for another couple of days or sandals..lol.

I can't believe the incredible support i've been receiving from fellow competitors, industry professionals, friends and of course my family--especially Darrin. It made coming home a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who's sent emails and took the time to write posts here on my blog--it truly means a lot to me.

I'm still doing some soul searching this week in regards to what i would like to achieve and conquer next. So we'll see. I'm sure i'll have something in mind soon.
Darrin will be busy this weekend preparing his "RECIPES" for Inside Fitness--and i can't wait!! I get to be the taste tester..mmmmm.
If anyone ever has the chance to visit Edmonton--definitely goto West Edmonton Mall--this place is unreal. It has a waterpark, wave pool, amusement park, 21 theatres including IMAX, Ice rink, Mini putt, bumper boats, sealion shows (which were soooo cute) and sooo much more--not to forget the restaurants-there was everything you could imagine all under one roof.
