We just got home from the movies...we went to see Little Man. I had wanted to see it since I began seeing the commercials for it so Darrin and I went today, it was too humid to do anything outside so staying in the air conditioning was ideal. The movie was very funny...I liked it:) 
It's been a great "hot" summer week. My workouts are good and diet is bang on in preparation for the North Americans. I feel tighter and am noticing changes already and its only really been one full week....its mostly water but i'll take it:) I'm STILL scrubb'n off the protan but its finally almost gone....ahhhhh...soon I can wear shorts again..lol.
My sister and her husband are back safe and sound from their holidays in New Foundland and i'm anxious to hear all about the trip. 
Darrin has been busy this week creating his promotional material. He has made a congratulatory poster featuring his client Adrian for his exceptional job at losing bodyfat! Adrian has been training with Darrin and following the diet to the letter--and his results are phenomenal. The poster and testimonial will be on his site shortly...Another special mention...Mike, the winner of Darrin's online training, is also making huge changes in his physique. Good work guys! You should be very proud of your new physiques and hitt'n the beach as much as you can to show them off!
Congratulations
to Dwayne "D Mac" MacDonald and Melissa as they got married yesterday. It was a very nice ceremony and dinner...however with dieting my stomach doesn't agree to a variety of food and we ended up having to leave a little early. Darrin reunited with many buddies that he hasn't seen in quite a few years and took lots of pics as always. We wish Dwayne and Melissa a lifetime full of happiness and love! You both looked beautiful yesterday:)

On Friday I had nice visit with Brenny and I want to thank her and Matt for the awesome card of encouragement and motivational deco. It brought tears to my eyes and I can not express how much these things mean to me:) Thanks for always being there and for your unconditional friendship and support!

LA, how goes your training, hope you're happy with your progress and we're rooting you on as always! I need to Thank you soooooo much for the lovely and thoughtful bday present! Used one bomb and loved the way it made my skin feel. I still need to learn the art of relaxation...thank goodness I have more bombs to try and practice! I want to keep them on the bathroom counter- they smell great! 101 thanks babe, you my dear are the greatest!
