Saturday evening we had a few friends over to watch the UFC --we had a great time and there were lots of good fights on the ppv. Dmac and Mel came over and brought Beckham so we could finally meet
the little guy....he's adorable!! He was soo funny running around and getting into everything he could...he was lov'n the dishtowels on the cupboards..lol... he's SO little that we all just laughed and watched him. He definitely kept us all entertained. For dinner, we ordered in some Italian and while the fight was on we ate lots of goodies that i had baked the night before and Mel brought nachos and a very tasty dip...we were all STUFFED!! It was great. I had to send some goodies home with Mark and Dmac, we just had tooo much here...Darrin was still eating goodies the next day, he was in heaven!

He was recommended highly by our friend Jeff Steinberg and has a great reputation in the industry, not to mention the sheer convenience of his office being located in our new gym. Rob is VERY knowledgeable and down to earth. His confidence is unsurpassed and surprisingly I do believe and feel after a few more treatments I'll begin to notice a remarkable difference in my body. Kay "mom" also had a treatment with Rob today and she looked very relaxed and moved like a totally different person when she came out of his office...it was comforting to see and hear how she felt after seeing him. I'll keep everyone updated on my progress while seeing Rob because if he can help me without all the invasive treatment I've endured, he will be a miracle worker!

How did Rio like Beckham?
LA, thanks for having Dwayne and I over for the fight. Even though it was disappointing that Franklin lost, the rest of the night eating amazing italian food and of course your homemade sweets was worth it!
Beckham is a little sweetie! Dwayne and I were talking on the way home, and thought Beckham was so well behaved that night, so he got some treats for that.
I think we are free the weekend of the next UFC, and maybe we will have to get you and Darrin out to Port Credit and watch it at our place this time?
You are very welcome for the gifts, it's the least we could do for all that you and Darrin did in saving our wedding day memories :) and of course cause we luv you guys...
Goodluck with the your new therapy, I hope it works out for you. It must be very stressful trying to feel good, and nobody can seem to help you. I wish you luck, let us know how it goes.
Dwayne and I are still savouring every treat you sent us home with. I STILL SAY YOU SHOULD OPEN A BAKERY!!!!! Your baking is to die for:) My all time favourite is the oatmeal sandwich cookie dipped in chocolate...Yummm!

It was good to see Mark after all these years. I loved that watch trick he pulled on Beckham. I don't think I can pull something like that off. ...and I'm not sure I want to ;)
Franklin's nose was definitely doing something funny after that fight. Kinda looked like it was trying to smell his right ear.
From now on I'm dipping everything in chocolate a la Lori-Ann. Chicken breasts, steak, tuna...
Ok Lori-Ann in a health food store yes, with a bakery in the back? I don't know but stranger things have happened. For anyone who hasn't seen the new gym it's awesome and the equipment is great.

Ok here's my two cents worth...Jake I think you have the right idea...health food store with bakery. LA's sweet treats are to DIE for ...only down side is they like to sit on mine...lol
The gym is killer too...but still not as sweet as LA's baking. Her banana cream cookies and banana bread rule around this roost!

Anonymous: Beckham is still a little too tiny to be introduced to Rio yet...she will love him but would probably sit on him or something. That introduction will come in a couple months.
Mel: We had a great time Sat. night and Beckham was a little angel. We just adore him and you guys too:)

lol, ya, Mark brings out the best in Beckham, too funny. Just don't get him a big stuffed chicken (watch the movie "click" and you'll know what i mean)..lol..You and Dick (D's stepdad) should get together for a chocolate dipping evening...all the treats that I cover in chocolate were created for him. Just wait till christmas..everyones getting loaded up with sweets...lol..
Jake: hmm...another way to make an income:):) What controversy would that be...a bakery in a health food store--i love it!! I can sell the sweets, then send the clients to Darrin after when they gain 10 pounds..lol..
Christine: Anytime you want some goodies..you got 'em. We would love to set up a time for you to come to the gym.
Elaine: Just wait till you try some on my new baked stuff!! You guys are going to love it!! But that will have to wait till after Pete's show. We don't want to torture him, lol
