ahhhhh....Thanks Dick:):):)That means a lot:) I was very happy with the outcome on Saturday...i went out knowing that that was the best i've ever looked..that alone was success for me! And placing among the top 5 in Canada is incredible.
This is a huge part of my life (business and personal) and to be successful at it is one thing i take to heart and take very seriously.
ps.. I ate enough for you (and Darrin) too on Sunday!! you would have been proud!! my pooor tummy...and i'm still eating...shhh..don't tell my "trainer" though..lol..
