I am very disappointed but more INSULTED with this placing. Stay tuned for my in depth post with my thoughts, opinions, observations and comments regarding my experience at the 2008 IFBB North American Championships where open figure class D was not a FIGURE comparison/competition on any level.

LA I totally agree with you and INSULTED is the complete right word to use to describe what happened. The judging was terribly inconsistent and its a shame that people like you who came in with such a complete package and amazing conditioning dont get rewarded for hard work. Placing 8th with the physique you presenting is disgraceful- this ISNT fitness modeling, its FIGURE!
Anyway, you looked amazing and Im sorry that you werent rewarded more accurately!

I just found your blog, looked at the pics and, not to take anything away from the other competitors, but you definitely should have placed higher - you look fabulous. As long as you know your physique is awesome, that's the most important. I have just started in this physique competition world and I must say that it takes a lot of dedication and courage just to participate so you were already number 1 before you stepped on stage and I'm thankful that there are examples like yourself to encourage others - keep it up as you are a great inspiration to us newbies.
