It's raining outside and very gloomy so what better way to spend a Sunday morning but to write my entry for the week:) It was a busy week and I'm glad to have a day off even though the weather isn't the best it'll give me some time to do some spring cleaning. My training and diet are ok, they were a little off this past week but this coming week I'm sure everything will be back on track! 
Thursday night, Goodlife had their anniversary celebration and I set up a booth and was sooo pleased with the turnout and response from the members! I want to thank Robin (Allmax), James (Empire) and Sean (Nutrition Excellence) for all coming out to help promote your products!! It was a success:) Even Jackie with her dislocated knee made it out and had her first workout since her accident--this girl is one tough cookie!!
It's one week away from the Stratford competition and Darrin and I spent some time with Kelly yesterday so he could go over her final week prep and we did some finishing touches on her posing and did a mock competition. She is look'n amazing and is 100% ready to go into her last week. We are so proud of Kelly and are very excited to see her on stage. Next week I'll post some pics of her on stage so you can see how great this gal looks. Darrin and I will be at the show with Kelly and also at the Allmax booth. Come say Hi!! if you are around. Here's a picture of Kelly from last year...just wait until you see what she looks like now!!
We also found out last week that another member of our family is going to be a superstar athlete. Brendan (Darrin's son) is going to try his hand at football this year!! He WILL definitely be the fastest athlete (from playing soccer for many years) and the star of the team. Good luck Brendan, we are very proud of you, love ya and we hope you will enjoy the football season. 
Well, that's all for now..time to go and eat and get my body comp done.
