Its been a busy week so far...thank goodness the sun is shining today--helps keep everyone happy:) My physique is changing daily now and I'm feeling great at this point with the exception of my jello legs from yesterday's leg workout Darrin put me through.....ouch!

This weekend is going to be great!! I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of quality athetes bringing great packages to the stage!! I have several friends competing and am loooking forward to seeing everyone done up!!
