On Monday, I picked Rio up from her doggie hotel and as usual she was wiped out when she got home. I'd like to thank Jennifer and the staff from Holly's Pride in Ancaster once again for taking amazing care of her and for her gift. She loves it!!

sad, sad, news....SUMMER'S OVER...
I can't believe the last week of summer is almost come to an end. I hope everyone has a great long weekend and enjoys the time before going back to school and work. We want send out a special note to Brendan as he enters grade 8 next week. Have a great first day back to the ole classroom and try not to have too much of a video game withdrawal, we'll be think'n about ya!
We have lots of stuff planned this weekend and hopefully lots of great pics to share with everyone next week. If the weather holds out and doesn't rain or is cloudy, my sister and Paul will be skydiving on Saturday and we'll be there to catch it all on camera. I still think they are nuts...but I love them and can't wait to see them complete this adventure!!

on their newest member of the family..please welcome Beckham, weighing in at a whopping 1.5lbs!! hmmm...can't tell who he looks like more..mom or dad..??? just kidd'n, lol... We can't wait to meet the little guy!

well........kl, I haven't really changed too much. I've lost 6lbs in the past week and i still have quite a way to go...and I'm STILL procrastinating on starting the cardio..but i'm sure i'll be in a couple of photos in the future, i'm usually the one behind the camera.

Jake: hehehehe..ya ya..between you and Darrin i guess I'm gonna have to start cardio sometime soon eh..lol..man, i don't like cardio, I feel like a kid who doesn't want to goto school but has to go regardless!
Darrin was saying his shoulders were sore too, I like hearing that:) I guess i'm the only lucky one thats not sore...but you saw what my workouts are like now...I'd rather be sore.
