First, hugs and kisses to my cousin Danny and his wife Donna on the arrival of thier baby girl last week!! I can't wait to meet the newest addition to our family:)
The sun is shining and it feels like summer outside-- Rio is sunbathing in the streams of light coming in from the skylight!! She's soo cute!
This week we changed up my diet just a little and I'm already seeing changes!! 71/2 weeks to go---I just have to book everything..I'm a procrastinator..lol. Today was a busy day, the store was busy and my friend Steph (Worsfold) stopped in, I love seeing her, she's always so full of energy and always encouraging me!! She's participating in a huge Marathon this weekend in London, Ontario--Good luck Steph!! I also saw my friend Lindsay at the gym today (she's gett'n ready for the Ontario's) and she looks great!! Huge improvements from last year-I think she'll do very well this season!! Tomorrow Darrin and I are seeing Kelly to go over a few things in preparation for the Mississauga show! Speaking of Kelly, here's the newest poster Darrin created and posted at the gym..
This Saturday I will be with Allmax at the Grand Opening of Sports Specific Training, here in Hamilton from 12-2, for more info check out www.sportsspecifictraining.com.
