Wow...where to begin...well, first check out the post below to send Kelly Kuus congrats on her victory and placing yesterday!! 
We attended the OPA Mississauga level one and 2 South Central bodybuilding fitness and figure championships yesterday and had a great day! Darrin was busy taking pics of beautiful athletes and I was with Allmax for the day--except I had to sneak away from the booth so I could watch the gorgeous figure and fitness (which is slowly making a comeback, there were 5 competitors entered in the fitness) athletes come out!! It was a full house of athletes and spectators and A LOT of familiar faces were in the crowd. Jim and Norm from Jamor Entertainment were there supporting the athletes, Steve and Kaleem from Northernphysique were there swamped with people and busy producing, Karen (KHP designs) was there helping the athletes, IFBB pro's--Mindi O, Steph Worsforld, Tammy Strome,Nina Lutchka, Paul Dillet, Reza Amintorabi, Henderson Thorne, Scott Miline, Chrisine Roth-just to name a few were in attendance.

booth was super busy for the whole day--we actually ran out of product. Thank you to Robin and Al for making the day fun!! It was great to meet Al for the first time yesterday. Al is currently preparing for the Ontario's and looks great!! Good luck!
I got the chance to meet up with Tammy Strome who came out to prejudging and is a month away from giving birth! This gal looks amazing! I just love her cute little belly!! 
Mindi and Dennis were there with several athletes competing and I got the chance to chat with both of them during the prejudging!! They were both sooo supportive, giving me added confidence for my competition in 5 weeks!! Thanks guys--That meant a lot to me--it's always great to see you both!
The quality of athletes at this competition was incredible--Ontario definitely has some of the best emerging this year! Speaking of incredible...
NEWLY WEDS
I would like to congratulate Glen and Cindy on getting married this past Thursday!! They both competed yesterday in bodybuilding and placed VERY well (2nd's across the board)--I tell ya..if anyone can get married while they both are dieting for a show--2 days out--these two will last foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Congrats guys!! You both looked amazing! Darrin got some awesome shots of these two!! --here's one of them..
There is so many people i want to mention...
Christine: you looked gorgeous on stage! We are soo proud of you for how far you've come and be confident in yourself to keep competing--this is only the start for you!
Dawn: OMG--52 years young yesterday and she competed in the Masters figure!! wow..I've known Dawn and her family for my whole life (my sister and I went so school with her two oldest kids, Aaron and Carla) You looked great on stage!! A big improvement since last year and I hope you'll keep your fitness quest alive!! 
Brenny lee: You are a great support to soo many athetes and we wish you all the best in your prep for your next competition! And Good luck to her hubby Matt at the Ontario's in a few weeks!
ONTARIO's National Athletes!
It was great meeting up with Kim, Cindy and Christine yesterday. We are all representing Ontario at the Nationals in July!! You all looked AMAZING and are great gals!

It was great to see Peter and Elaine at the night show--they are true friends and the support they give is unsurpassed!
It was great to see Sharyn, Ange (both emerge forum members), Pauline and Meghan (Kelly's step daughter) at the show to get a first hand peak at what the competitions are really like! Also, Chris & Lindsay (i need a picture of you two...lol), Jake and soo many others came out to support everyone and get into competiton mode. I'm feeling pretty tired today-it was soo hot in the school yesterday that it just drained my energy--My diet and training for the past week have been awesome! I'm little dehydrated today but that will be fixed with a nice cheat meal tonight!! I wil update more on Wednesday on my progress!

lori ann , means the world that i had your back...so excited to see the pictures darrin took of me..i look forward to growing as an athlete i learned and will continue to learn so much about myself and the sport as i continue to pursue my goals and dreams...thanks for being apart of my BIG day!you look great and will do amazing in a short 5 weeks to come keep smilin:)
Good to see you too Lori-Ann. It was a long day, and I only went to the day show! I've never seen such a big show. Good to see so many people coming out for support as well as competing.
Peter and I are both happy we came out to spend time with you and Darrin and we were lucky to catch up with a few people we met last year when Peter competed in the same venue.
I have to say Kelly looked amazing and for someone this new to the stage...she rocked. She totally cleaned house again. A huge congrats to her on our behalf.
You my dear looked fabulous! I have to say I'm glad Peter's in his bulk up faze...he helped even me out. I'm far from photogenic...unlike you!
Have a rested Sunday and hopefully good cheat! See you soon and Jonathan says' he wants to see you!

wow, what a day. It was long and hot, but very rewarding in many ways. I am very grateful to have continued success at this show, thanks to many people who have helped along the way. It was great to have Doug yelling from the crowd and having Megan there was also very special.
Darrin and Lori-Ann were once again a huge part of my success. Thanks for always beleiving in me.
The support that I have received from"Team Emerge" has been second to none.
The day was also rewarding because I met alot of wonderful people, both competitors and industry professionals that made the experience very fun and positive.
It was great to see some of the gals that were at Stratford and also to meet some of the new competitors. (Christine, you are a lovely individual with a happening smile) It was also great to see Karen from KHP who was a huge help to alot of gals in the changeroom.
I am glad to have shared the day with many "old" and "new" friends.
Loriann, you look great! you have the smallest waist ever. i always look forward to reading the posts after the shows. you have great pics.
