On Saturday Jake and I spent most of the day in London at the OPA level one London Championships. We went up to cheer on our friend Tami (you can see her results in the post below). It was great to see everyone, its been a couple of months since i've been to a local show. The next Jamor OPA show that i'll be attending and representing Allmax will be the Brantford comp. in November. Jake, Tami and Pete will all be competing....and they are all look'n great!! Keep up the good work guys!

This weekend is the the 2006 Olympia held in Las Vegas..Good luck to the Canadians that qualified this year; Mindi, Nina and Jane. I'll be check'n all weekend waiting to hear and see the results for fitness and of course figure!
